摘要
目的:建立瑰及乳膏中阿魏酸的含量测定方法并进行体外释放度考察,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:以生理盐水为释放介质,采用透析袋-高效液相色谱法考察瑰及乳膏中阿魏酸24 h体外释药特性。结果:12 h阿魏酸累积释放度为86.7%,24 h为98.9%。结论:瑰及乳膏具有缓释特性。透析袋-高效液相色谱法用于瑰及乳膏中阿魏酸的体外释放度考察,操作方便,方法稳定,结果可靠。
Objective： To establish determination method of ferulic acid in Guiji cream,investigate the release in vitro,and provide the basis for Guiji cream quality control.Methods： Using the saline solution as release medium,the release rate of rerulic acid was researched with the dialysis bags-high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） in 24 hours.Results： The release rate of rerulic acid was 96.7 % in 12 hours and 98.9 % in 24 hours.Conclusions： Guiji cream has slow release characteristics in vitro;dialysis bags-HPLC for the release of ferulic acid in Guiji cream in vitro is convenient and stable.
