摘要
目的 探讨慢性萎缩性胆囊炎手术治疗术式选择。方法 38例均采用胆囊前壁切除、残留胆囊后壁粘膜剥除及电凝、药物涂抹破坏。结果 38例切口均一期愈合。术后无 1例发生胆瘘、出血、黄疸等并发症。经随访 2 8例腹部B超检查均未发现胆囊窝积液。结论 本术式主要适应于胆囊纤维化萎缩患者 ,方法简单安全 ,术中出血少 ,时间短 。
Objective To treat of the selection of surgical treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis.Methods 38 patients underwent cholecystectomy,peeling the mucoderm of the remaining cholecyst,cholecyst electrocoagulectomy and damage with medicine mopping.Results All patients'cuts healed at a time.Moreover,there was no case of cholecystocolonic,bleeding,catarrhal or other complications.With 28 cases followed up,as a whole,no cholestasia was found by probing of abdominal B ultrasonic waves.Conclusion This surgical treatment is suited to patients with cholecystic fibroatrophy.The operation is simple and safe,lasts a short time,during which there is less bleeding,therefore it is worth recommending.
