摘要
原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)是一种原因不明的,自身免疫介导的,以肝内中、小胆管胆汁淤积为特征的肝病。本文结合临床病历,分析对该病的诊断与治疗过程。
Primary biliary cirrhosis（PBC） is a kind of unknown cause,their own immune mediated to liver and small bile duct cholestasis for characteristics of liver disease combined with clinical medical records,analysis to the diagnosis and treatment of the disease process.
