摘要
掘进工作面的防尘降尘是煤矿安全生产的重要工作,主要介绍了自激式水膜除尘器除尘原理、结构特征和工作机理,分析了掘进工作面通风除尘系统的工艺参数,并在开滦集团赵各庄矿掘进工作面进行了实际应用,达到了比较好的除尘效果,有效地改善了工人的工作环境,保护了工作人员的身体健康,保证了矿井的安全生产。
The digging working face dust is an important work of the coal mine safety production ,This paper mainly introduces the self-excitation type water film dust remover dust removal principle, structure characteristics and the working mechanism, analyzes the process parameters of ventilation and dust removal system of tunneling working surface, which is applied to practice on the tunneling working surface in Zhaogezhuang mine of Kailuan Group. It reaches a better dust removing effect,improves the working environment of the workers effectively and protects the health of staff, ensures the safety of the mine production.
