摘要
目的诊断学是临床医学各学科的基础,是培养医学生临床基本功的重要学科。临床基本技能的培养是诊断学中的重要内容,在临床实践教学资源短缺已成为制约医学教育发展和影响医学人才培养瓶颈的现实背景下,使得电子标准化病人教学在高等医学院校的出现成为一种趋势和必然。方法电子标准化病人系统软件,实现了仿真电子标准化病人与多媒体技术相结合的教学新模式,有形象、丰富的教学内容,客观的评价体系,为医学生提供了一个反复实践的平台,在诊断学教学中具有独特的优势,发挥着重要的作用。结果电子标准化病人在教学中的重要性日趋突出,但是仍旧存在的一些局限性,在教学过程中不能完全依赖。只能作为一种教学补充。结论针对电子标准化病人在教学中存在的相关问题,进一步完善,使电子标准化病人在教学中发挥最大的作用,使物理诊断实验教学有质的飞跃。
Objective Diagnostics is the basis of clinical disciplines which takes the basic skills training of medical students. Meeting the reality that the shortage of teaching resources has constrained the development of medical education and became the bottleneck of medical personnel training, the teaching methods with electronic standardized patients is becoming a trend in medical colleges. Methods Electronic standardized patients raise a new teaching model that combined simulating standardized patients and multimedia technology. The system contains visualizing and rich teaching contents and objective assessment system,provide a practice forum for the medical students. It has a unique advantage in diagnostics teaching and plays an important role. Results The importance of electronic standardized patients in teaching is becoming more and more prominent, but some limitations still ex- ist,so it can only be as a teaching supplement. Conclusion The teaching model with electronic standardized patients should be improved in the practice to develop its functions extremely.
