摘要
在建设节水型社会实践中,工业企业是用水大户,是节水的重点部门;本文论述了工业企业水平衡测试内容、原理和方法和通过水平衡测试制定与其相适应的工业(行业)企业的用水定额,为制定有效的节水途径和有针对性的节水措施,提高企业的用水效率,合理利用水资源并控制工业用水需求增长提供理论依据。
