摘要
采用中西医结合疗法治疗小儿支气管哮喘 80例 ,并设单纯西药治疗 2 5例作对照。结果 :治疗组近期疗效临床控制5 6例 ,好转 2 3例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 98.75 % ;对照组临床控制 16例 ,好转 8例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率为 96 .0 0 % ;两组总有效率比较无差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。而远期疗效比较 ,治疗组临床治愈 9例 ,显效 2 2例 ,有效 43例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率为92 .5 0 % ;对照组临床治愈 0例 ,显效 5例 ,有效 12例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率为 6 8.0 0 % ;两组比较治疗组优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) 。
cases of child bronchial asthma were treated with integrated TCM ang WM,controlled with 25 cases simply treated with western drugs.Result:As to the recent curative effect,in the treatment group,56 cases were clinically controlled,23 cases were on the mend,and only one case was of on effect,the total effective rate was 98.75%;In the control group,16 cases were clinically controlled,8 cases were on the mend,one case was of no effect,the total effective rate was 96.00%.There had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).As to the future curative effect,in the treatment group,9 cases were clinically cured,22 cases were took apparent effect,43 cases were in effect,6 cases were of no effect,the total effective rate was 92.50%;In the control group,no case cured,5 cases took apparent effect,12 cases were in effect,and 8 cases were of no effect,the total effective rate was 68.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group apparently (P<0.01),and the period of treatment was shortened.
