摘要
本文研究了N^+离子束对体内(JM109)和体外质粒PBR322DNA的辐照效应,经琼脂糖电泳检测发现:在体外直接辐照,引起超螺旋环状DNA的单链断裂而转变成开环状DNA:而体内质粒PBR322DNA由于质膜和细胞壁的保护,或命中概率降低,尚存在微弱的超螺旋DNA带,此说明,N^+离子束作用环状DNA能引起DNA链的断裂,这具有生物学的意义。
In this paper,we discussed the effects of Nitrogen cation beam on in vitroplasmid DNA is discussed.Agarose gel electerophoresis shows that, afterirradiation superhelical circular DNA becomes nicked circular DNA. Thissuggests that nitrogen cation beam can break circular DNA and thus hasbiological effects.
