摘要
本文以蟾蜍(两栖纲)、扬子鳄(爬行纲)、鹌鹑(鸟纲)、家兔(哺乳纲)的肾、肝、心脏3种组织为材料,采用聚丙烯酰胺圆盘电泳,获得了相应组织的乳酸脱氢酶的电泳酶谱和扫描曲线图。结果表明,不同纲的脊椎动物之间及不同组织之间的乳酸脱氢酶的种类、活性大小有一定差异,但与脊椎动物系统演化之间无明显平行关系。
Three tissues of kidney, liver and heart in Bufo (Amphibia), Alligatorsinensis (Reptilia), Coturnix coturnix japonica (Aves) and Cryctolaguscuniculus domestica (Mammalia) were selected for this experiment. By usingthe method of PAGE (Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis), the electropho-retograms and the scanning diagrams of LDH in the corresponding tissueswere obtained. The experimental results indicated that there was a certaindifference in the pattern and the activity of LDH among the vertebrates ofdifferent classes as well as different tissues, whereas no parallelism betweenthem and the systematic evolution of the vertebrates.
