摘要
浮选槽中内部流场的合理性是保证浮选过程有效进行的前提,本文采用PIV粒子成像测速技术对XJM-S型机械搅拌式浮选机的内部流场进行试验研究,从截面流线和截面速度矢量两个方面对流场进行了分析,并讨论了内部流场对浮选过程的影响。结果表明,浮选槽内流体的多种运动状态可以和浮选过程合理匹配,促进了浮选过程的有效进行。
In process of flotation, reasonable internal flow field is the basic requirement, which will influence the flotation efficiency. In this paper, the inner flow field of XJM-S flotation machine was investigated through the analysis of vector of section streamline and section velocity by particle image velocimetry, and also discuss the affection of flotation process by internal flow field. The results showed that variety of motion state of fluid can reasonable collocate with flota- tion process, which will increase the efficiency of flotation.
