摘要
随着可编程控制和变频技术在港口起重运输机械中的运用,门座起重机和卸船机中的抓斗作业控制是提高生产效率与自动化程度的关键。文章分析了抓斗作业过程,叙述了抓斗电气控制系统的组成,提出了抓斗控制程序的设计思路。
With the application of programmable control and frequency conversion technique to port lifting transport machinery,the operation control of the grab bucket for portal cranes and ship unloaders plays a vital role in improving the production efficiency and the level of automation.This article analyzes the operation process of the grab bucket,introduces the formation of its electric control system,and puts forward some proposals on its design.
