摘要
文章分析了当前我国船员培养过程中存在的一些问题,并从船员个人素质培养、培训机构管理水平提升以及加强国际交流等方面提出了应对措施,这对于新形势下提升船员素质具有一定的借鉴意义。
On the basis of an analysis of some current problems existing in the process of China＇ crew training,this article puts forward several countermeasures from the aspects of cultivating personal qualities,promoting the management level of training institutions as well as enhancing international communication,which will be of certain reference significance to the improvement of the crew＇s qualities under the current situation..
