摘要
目的:以上饶师院为例,了解高师化学生物专业学生发生实验锐器伤起因及频率特征,为预防控制伤害提供依据,并探讨有效防治措施。方法:对2007—2010级化学生物专业1585名学生进行1年内锐器伤及预防教育回顾性调查。结果:在实验期间发生锐器伤171例,锐器伤发生率10.8%;各年级学生组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),一年级组锐器伤发生率最高为16.2%,四年级组最低为5.7%。实验锐器伤常见锐器物成因分别是玻璃仪器划伤66.1%、解剖工具割伤28.1%、实验材料4.7%、其他1.2%。结论:学生锐器伤的发生与实验性质、防护知识缺乏、操作不熟练不正确等密切相关。加强预防教育,规范实验操作行为,保证仪器品质,做好预后处理是预防控制锐器伤发生的有效措施。
Objective: Take Shangrao Normal University for example,investigate the causes and frequencies of experimental sharp injuries happened among Normal University chemical and biological students,to provide the basis for the prevention of occurrence of injuries and explore effective precautions.Method: Do a year-long retrospective survey of preventive education and sharp injuries among 1585 chemical and biological students,with attending date spanning from 2007 to 2012.Results: There were about 171 injury cases,while the incidence of sharp injuries accounted for 10.8%.The difference is statistically significant(P 0.01) among different years of students.The incidence of sharp injuries among freshmen was up to 16.2%,while the fourth year students had the lowest 5.7%.The most common sharp objects of experimental sharp injuries were glass instruments scratches(66.1%),followed by the anatomy tool cut(28.1%),the experimental material(4.7%),and others(1.2%).Conclusions: The occurrence of sharp injuries was closely related with the experimental nature,the lack of protective knowledge,as well as the unskilled and incorrect operations.Strengthening preventive education,regulating experimental operations,and ensuring high-quality instruments and appropriate processing are effective approaches for preventing and controlling sharp injuries.
