摘要
目的 提高伽玛刀治疗颅内疾病的效果。 方法 分析 5 2 4例颅内疾病患者的 CT、MRI以及病理性质及其与周边结构的关系 ,拟定不同的治疗剂量 ,应用旋转式伽玛刀进行治疗。 结果 经伽玛刀治疗后 ,近期均无明显的不良反应。 2 72例获得随访 ,其中良性肿瘤 (包括脑血管病 )治疗有效率为 90 .8% ,恶性肿瘤治疗有效率95 .5 % ,功能性疾病有效率 96 .7%。 结论 伽玛刀是神经外科的治疗手段之一 ,只有严格掌握其适应证 ,使用合理的治疗剂量 ,保护好靶区周围的有关结构 。
Objective\ To improve the effectiveness of gamma knife on intracranial disease.\ Methods\ Different dosage according to CT and MRI images and pathological properties and adjacent structures were selected.\ Among 524 patients treated by the rotated gamma knife, 272 patients were followed up.\ Results\ \ In the group of patients with benign diseases, 90 8% was effective, while in the group of patients with malignant diseases, 95 5% was effective; and in the group of patients with functional diseases, 96 7% was effective.\ Conclusion\ Gamma knife is important in neurosurgery.\ Good outcome can be achieved in the condition of strict indication and rational dosage and protection of peripheral structures.\;
