三维适形放射治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical therapeutic effects of three--dimensional conformal radiotherapy on treating prostatic cancer

摘要 目的:探讨三维适形放射治疗前列腺癌的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾我院2008年1月-2010年12月43例前列腺癌患者采用三维适形放射治疗的临床效果,全部患者均结合去势手术加内分泌治疗。结果:43例患者经治疗后,症状均有所缓解,8例忠者完全缓解,23例患者部分缓解,其余11例患者肿瘤体积也相对缩小。结论:三维适形放射治疗具有疗效高、疗程短、风险小的特点,特别适合中晚期前列腺癌患者,与去势手术加内分泌治疗相结合,能达到更理想的治疗效果。 Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of three--dimensional coniormal radiotherapy on treating prostatic cancer, Methods:43 prostatic cancer patients, who had been treated in our hospital using surgical castration combined with endocrine therapy from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010, were reviewed. Result:After the treatment, all the 43 patients showed improvement of milder symptoms, of whom, 8 were completely relieved, 23 were partially relieved and the tumor sizes of the rest 11 were relatively reduced. Conclusion:The three--dimensional conformal radiotherapy has the advantage of high therapeutic effects, short course of treatment and low risk, especially applicable to prostatic cancer patients in middle --advanced stage,there will be more ideal therapeutic effects if combined with surgical castration and endocrine therapy.
