介绍了四车联锁控制管理系统的基本结构、工作原理和主要功能.系统采用了感应无线车上检测地址技术,以编码电缆作为位置检测的传感媒介,实现了焦炉四大车的炉号自动识别、联锁对位和相互通信,有利于焦炉安全生产和提高生产管理自动化水平.
The basic structure, working principle and main functions of the control system for interlocked coke oven ma- chines are introduced. The automatic identification of the oven number, positioning of the interlocked machines, and mutu- al communication for them are realized by using the technique of address detection based on a radio vehicle station, and by taking the coded cable as the positioning sensor. This arrangement has led to a safe operation of the coke oven, and to an enhancement of the automation level of nroduction management.
