摘要
为深入分析1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB真空热处理后短时持久差异较大情况,对典型的同批次差异较大持久试样进行组织、断口、硬度试验分析,得出:1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB短时持久断口为典型的延性断口;短时持久不合格的主要原因是在高温持久试验温度下发生了材料的高温硬度较快的下降,并从下降幅度最大的位置产生裂纹并扩展直至断裂。
In order to analysis deeply the different results of the short-term rupture samples for 1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB after vacuum heat treatment, tests for the organization, fracture and hardness of the sample are analysed in same batch.The test results show that short-term rupture fracture morphology of 1Cr11Co3W3NiMoVNbNB is ductile fracture, and the reason for short-term rupture failure mainly due to the high-temperature hardness of the material decline quickly, cracks usually grow in the location, which the hardness drop in maximum, and extend until fracture.
