摘要
通过理论分析和实验验证的方式,研究了纳米金刚石粒度分布的离心检测方法。结果表明:该方法检测纳米金刚石粒度分布可信程度高,与标准样偏差最大不超过0.29%;检测下限低,最细可达15nm;实验重复性好,同一样品检测偏差不超过1%。该方法的检测结果可为纳米金刚石的应用提供粒度参考,在一定程度上促进纳米金刚石的应用。
The centrifuging test method of nano-diamond particle size distribution was introduced both theoretically and practically. It was found that this method possessed the advantages as follows: firstly, high reliability with a maximum deviation of 0.29% when compared with the standard sample ; secondly, low detection limit, which was as tiny as 15 nm; and finally, good repeatability, meaning that for each sample the deviation would be smaller than 1%. Results of the tests would offer reliable references on particle size of diamond, which could promote the application of nano-diamond.
