摘要
捡拾器是籽瓜联合收获机的主要工作部件,用于捡拾籽瓜。针对4ZBL-2背负式籽瓜联合收获机的捡拾器在工作中存在切瓜和碎瓜的问题,结合三维软件ADAMS进行研究分析,为优化捡拾器的结构参数和工作参数提供理论依据。田间试验表明,该捡拾器性能稳定,平均漏检率为3.59%、破损率为14.23%、湿籽损失率为1.04%,能满足农业生产要求。
The pick-up device is the main working part of 4ZBL-2 knapsack combine-harvesters for seed watermelon for using to pick up the seed-watermelon. In order to solve the problems of pick-up device in the work, which damage and hurt the seed-waterraelon, we researched on the pick-up device with 3D software. It provided a theoretical basic for structural and working parameters. The tests indicated that this device could achieve the aim of picking up, the average missed rate was 3.59%, the breakage rate was 14.23%, the wet seed loss rate was 1.04%. The pick-up device could meet the demand for harvest.
