摘要
采用双时间步长法,对单级膨胀比在30以上的高负荷涡轮机进行三维非定常数值计算,研究了涡轮机内流场的三维非定常流动特性,分析了喷管尾迹对动叶叶栅做功能力的影响。数值计算结果表明,喷管尾迹沿径向有较大差异。动叶叶栅周期性的切割喷管尾迹,引发了动叶表面气动载荷的大范围波动。同时,尾迹片段在动叶流道内部的输运也大幅改变了动叶片中后部吸力侧的静压分布。此外,在动叶流道内存在复杂的波系。
A 3D unsteady numerical investigation is carried out on a high load turbine of which single stage pressure ratio exceeds 30 by means of dual - time stepping method. Characteristics of its 3D unsteady flow field are studied,as well as the effect of nozzle wake towards rotors working capacity. The result shows that nozzle wake varies significantly in circumferential direction. The periodic cutting nozzle wake of rotors induces a wide range of aerodynamic load fluctuation on the surface of rotors. Meanwhile, transport of nozzle wake piece inside the flow passages of rotors changes the pressure distribution on the mid-back region of suction side in a great level. Moreover, a complex of waves is identified in the passages.
