摘要
当前随着我国高等职业教育改革的逐步深入,校园文化与企业文化的融合成为推动高职教育健康与科学发展的关键因素。从校园文化与企业文化相比较的差异性入手,论证当前在高职教育中实施校园文化与企业文化融合的必要性;针对校园文化与企业文化存在的实际情况,提出并简略地阐述二者融合的四个方面的措施。
With the gradual deepening of higher vocational educational reform, the integration of campus culture and corporate culture becomes a key factor to push higher vocational education development in a healthy and scientific fashion. This paper, starting with the difference between campus culture and corporate culture, argues the necessity of integrating campus culture and corporate culture. Then, aiming at the reality in campus culture and corporate culture, it puts forward and expounds four solutions to the integration of the two cultures.
