摘要
根据锌精矿常压富氧浸出设备的原理,对富氧加压浸出闪锌矿精矿的设备和工艺提出改造,在加压釜中实现锌精矿中低压富氧浸出,融合加压富氧浸出和常压富氧浸出的优点,避免两者的缺点,优化和简化设备和工艺,达到投资节省,技术优化,设备简单,工艺精炼,环境友好,操作安全,生产实际可行。
Comparison between the zinc concentrate normal pressure leaching, high pressure leaching and mid-pres- sure leaching, this paper describes the comparison mechanism, technology, technical and economical date, invest- ment of the normal pressure leaching; high pressure leaching and mid-pressure leaching. The dates from testing and production show that mid-pressure leaching is more attractive in the technology and process.
