摘要
近几年以来,随着我国经济建设与教育事业的发展,高职教育已经成了教育事业中一个庞大而又不可或缺的重要组成部分。在学生自身素质普遍不高的高职院校中,辅导员是教学与管理团队中的重要成员,在学生思想政治教育、教学管理、生活管理等工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。
In recent years, along with China＇s economic develop ment and education development, higher vocational education has become a large and important part of the education cause. In high vocational colleges where students＇ quality is generally not high, the counselor plays a crucial role in students＇ ideological and political education, education management and living man agement.
