摘要
近年大学生就业形势日益严峻,高等职业院校学生面临巨大压力。学生的就业心理影响其职业的选择与发展。本文从高职学生就业心理出发,通过分析,探讨应对学生消极就业心理的对策。从学校、学生两个层面提出了有效应对的策略。
In recent years, college students＇ increasingly serious employment situation make higher vocational college students face enormous pressure. Students＇ employment psychology im- pacts on their career choice and development. Starting from the analysis of higher vocational students＇ employment psychology, this paper explores the solutions to students＇ negative employ- ment psychology. Effective strategies are proposes from the per- spective of the school and student.
