摘要
以电能和石油液化气2种替代能源为参照,以8 m3户用沼气池为例采用成本效益法对户用沼气项目进行了经济评价,结果表明,该项目财务净现值>0,财务内部收益率>投资机会成本,投资回收期<4年,项目经济效益显著。分析了农村户用沼气项目推广面临的问题,探讨了农村户用沼气新的发展趋向,并据此提出了具体的政策建议。
With power and liquefied petroleum gas as a reference, 8 m3 household biogas pool as example, economic evaluation of rural household biogas was analyzed using the cost-benefit analysis. The results showed that financial net present value 〉 0, financial internal rate of return 〉 investment opportunity cost, investment recovery period 〈 4 years and economic benefit of biogas was remarkable. Biogas development problems and the new trends of rural household biogas development were discussed, some practical counter measures were put forward.
