氢氟酸烧伤的救治体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结氢氟酸(HF)烧伤的救治经验教训。方法通过对近3年26例HF烧伤患者的治疗得失进行回顾性总结。结果 25例患者治疗满意,1例15%深三度昏迷入院,经24 h抢救无效死亡。结论患者伤后4 h内应尽快得到正确、有效的急救,浅度创面彻底清创、深度创面急诊切痂,全身补充足量钙离子并定时监测血钙。防止呼吸道损伤和全身并发症是救治成功的关键。
