摘要
针对国企基层党组织建设问题进行了探讨,分析了国企基层党组织建设的重要性,结合国内国企基层党组织建设的现状,总结了存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期促进基层党建工作的创新,确保基层党建工作的科学性和合理性。
This paper discussed the construction problems and countermeasures of state-owed enterprises primary party organizations,analyzed the importance of state-owed enterprises primary party organizations construction,combining with the present situation of state-owed enterprises primary party organizations construction,summarized the existed problems,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the innovation of primary party building work,ensured the scientific and reasonable of primary party building work.
