摘要
成本控制历来是建筑施工企业工程项目管理的工作重心,尤其是在铁路建设市场竞争愈演愈烈的今天更是关系到建筑施工企业的生存和发展。本文通过一些的铁路工程项目,归纳了铁路工程项目成本控制的一些方法,以取得铁路项目良好的经济效益。
Cost control has always been the focus of project management for construction enterprise, especially in today the competition of railway market is fiercer and fiercer, and it directly relate to construction enterprise＇s survival and development. Based on railway engineering projects, this paper summarizes the cost control method of railway engineering project, in order to obtain good economic benefit.
