摘要
目的观察不同低分子肝素注射方法对局部皮下血肿的影响。方法选择2012年2～8月我科136例注射低分子肝素患者进行研究。对照组(n=68)采用常规方法注射,实验组(n=68)采用改良方法注射,对比注射效果。结果两组注射次数无显著差异,p>0.05;实验组患者采用改良法出现5例皮下出血,低于对照组,p<0.05。结论低分子肝素注射时采用改良方法的效果较好。
Objective To observe the affect of different low molecular weight heparin injection method on lo- cal subcutaneous hematoma. Methods February 2012 to August 2012,136 patients underwent low molecular weight heparin injection were studied. The control group （n = 68 ） injected with conventional methods, the experimental group （n = 68 ） using a modified injection method, contrast the injection effect. Results There were no statistically significant difference between the number of injections of the two .groups, p 〉 0.05 ; experimental group patients using a modified method appears five cases of subcutaneous bleeding, lower than that of the control group （p 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion The injection of the low molecular weight heparin using a modified method is better.
