摘要
车险理赔难难在人伤,人伤理赔有其自身的特点,本文通过对人伤理赔困难的成因进行分析,结合目前车险人伤理赔现状和特点,提出了包括人伤理赔管理架构选择、业务流程设计、队伍管理、条线配合、服务创新等一系列车险人伤理赔管理方案,希望对推动业界车险人伤理赔发展及解决理赔难问题的理论研究和实践操作有所借鉴。
The difficulty of auto insurance claims lies in body injury claims, which have their own characteristics. This paper analyzes the reasons of difficulties in body injury claims, and combined with the situation of motor body injury and characteristics, it gives a package of body injury claims plan inchding body injury claims management framework selection, business process design, claims team management, cooperation with operational departments and customer service innovation etc.. It is hoped that this paper could be helpful to both the theory study and practical operation in the development of motor body injury and its problems settlements.
