摘要
骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)是一组异质克隆性造血干细胞疾病,主要临床表现为贫血、感染和出血,可伴有肝脾肿大。目前,中医对于骨髓综合异常综合征的辨证分型仍各家为政,缺乏统一的认识,治疗上亦诸法并立,诸方并提,从而使之缺乏中医的规范治疗,尽管如此,针对MDS中医治疗仍取得了一定的成绩。2011年4月29日,12位全国知名血液学专家汇聚泉城济南共同探讨了骨髓增生异常综合征的中西医结合治疗现状及进展,并达成相关共识。
Myelodysplastic syndrome（MDS）,a group of heterogeneous clonal hematopoietic stem cell disease,the main clinical manifestations of it were anemia,infection and bleeding,may be associated with hepatosplenomegaly.At present,the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for MDS was still various governance and lack of uniform understanding.The treatments were also with a number of methods and prescription,so that made it lack of standardized Chinese medicine treatment.In spite of it,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment for MDS was still made some achievements.In April 12,2011 well-known haematologist experts gathered in Jinan to discuss the status and progress of integrative treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome,and reached consensus.
