摘要
为了研究组织学习对技术转移绩效的影响,文章从知识整合的观点出发,提出了一个简单的关系模型。首先探讨企业如何通过组织学习影响知识整合能力,然后分析企业知识整合能力在技术转移过程中的关键作用,提出组织学习正向影响技术转移绩效的结论,最后提出具有针对性的策略以促进企业获得更好的技术转移成果。
Frnm the viewpoint of knowledge integration, this article puts forward a simple relational model in order to study how organizational learning to influence the performance of technology transfer. First, this paper talks about how the organizational learning to improve the knowledge integration capability. Then, it concludes that organizational learning positively influences on technology transfer performance by taking the advantage of the key role of knowledge integration capability during the process of technology transfer. Finally, this paper provides some specific suggestions in order to promote the performance of technology transfer for enterprises.
