摘要
新三板市场经过了六年试点,取得了初步成功,自2012年8月3日,新三板扩容正式展开,标志着新三板市场进入了新的发展阶段。本文首先从中小高新企业阶段性融资的特点出发阐述了其融资困境,指出新三板市场可以成为中小高新企业融资的新平台,接着,本文对新三板市场的发展现状和前进障碍进行了概括,最后,文章从规范层面、政策层面和企业层面对发展新三板市场以完善中小高新企业的融资体系提出几点建议。
After six-year pilot, new third board market has got initial success. Since August 3, 2012, its expansion was formally launched and new third board market entered into a new stage of development. At first, this paper elaborates the financing predicament of small-middle high-tech enterprises through its stage financing characteristics and points out that new third board market can become a new platform for small-middle high-tech corporate finance. Secondly, it summarizes the development status and forward obstacles of new third board market. At last, it makes some suggestions to improve the financing system of small-middle high-tech enterprises through the development of new third market from the normative level, the policy level and the enterprise level.
