摘要
云贵毗连乌蒙山区是我国西南著名的连片贫困民族杂散地区。在新一轮西部大开发战略中,中央确定乌蒙山区为重点扶贫开发地区。该区域人力资源丰富,但各民族人口素质低,人才问题成为制约脱贫开发的瓶颈,因此乌蒙山区开发的关键是人力资源的开发。发展职业教育是少数民族人力资源开发的最佳途径。通过职业教育将沉重的人口负担转化为人力资源,才能推进乌蒙山多民族杂散区的扶贫开发向纵深发展。
Wumeng mountain area is a famous poor area with various ethnic minorities in southwestern China.This area has been aimed as a key area to lift poverty by the central government in a new round of the strategy of western development.This area boasts rich human resources,but because of the low quality of the population,the problem of professional personnel has become the bottle neck for lifting poverty and developing economy.Therefore,the key point of development in Wumeng mountain area is the exploration of human resources,while developing vocational education is the best way to explore ethnic minority human resources.The poverty lift and economic development in Wumeng mountain area can be deepened only by changing the heavy population burden into human resources through vocational education.
