摘要
档案是历史记录,档案文化是一种原始文化,亦是一种记录或记忆文化,是传承文明、延续民族血脉和灵魂的重要载体。本文表明了求实、合作、主动、创新、服务是推进档案文化建设的途径与方法,并从这五个方面进行了具体的阐述,最后指出档案文化建设还需要从经费、体制、机制等方面给予保障。
This paper elaborates the value of archival utilization and analyzes the measuring index of archival utilization value, its influence upon the archival work, and its limitations. Based on the discussion on the value of archival reserve, including the purpose and functions of archival reserve, we also study the influence and significance of the value of archival reserve upon the archival work.
