摘要
目前农村保险市场蓬勃发展,县域保险营销员功不可没。但是县域保险营销员存在着诚信缺失、佣金制设计不合理、福利保障不健全以及管理干部型、专业型人才严重缺乏等问题。农村保险市场非常脆弱,一旦对保险的信任丧失,这种信任就很难再建立起来,而农民对保险的理解直接来自保险营销员,所以必须加强县域保险营销员的建设。对河南省洛宁县保险营销员的发展现状进行了调查分析,针对存在的问题提出改进建议,以期为监管部门和保险公司的决策提供依据。
Insurance agents play an important role in the rapid development of insurance in the rural areas. But at the same time, it is noted that some obstacles are hindering the advance of the insurance agents, for example, the insurance agents lack credibility, the administration and technical human resources are in a poor level. The county district insurance market is so frail that once the comsumers lose confidence in insurance, it will cost enormous time and trouble to rebuild such confidence. The comsumers acquire impression of insurance straightly from the insurance agents, therefore, it is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of insurance agents. This paper is based on the investigation of life insurance agents from Luoning, Henan Province, we made some suggestions here and expect providing information for the regulator and the insurance companies.
