2012年4月，奥康国际在上海证券交易所主板挂牌上市．成为浙江省首家在沪市A股主板上市的制鞋企业。2012年前三季度，奥康国际实现净利润3．67亿元，同比增长18．75％。奥康集团董事长、温州市工商联主席王振滔坦言：
Aokang International was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange Market in April 2012, and became the first shoe-making enterprise of Zhejiang Province to be listed in the main Shanghai A-share market. For the first three quarter of 2012, Aokang International has realized net profit of 367 million, with an increase of 18.75%. Wang Zhentao founded Aokang in 1988 with only 30,000 yuan. After 20 years, he has led Aokang developing gradually from small to large. During the transition, he exquisitely grasped each key turning point.
