摘要
农民素质的高低直接决定新农村建设步伐的快慢,没有农民素质的现代化,就没有农业和农村的现代化。作为新农村建设的主力军,农民是农技推广部门服务的重要对象。就农民科技文化素质现状和建议展开讨论,旨在从农技推广角度分析农民文化素质提高的新形式和新途径。
The pace of new countryside construction is directly determined by the level of farmers＇ quality. Without the modernization of farmers＇ quality, the modernization of agriculture and countryside will be out of the question. As the main force of new countryside construction, the farmers are important service objects of our agricultural extension departments. The current situation and suggestions about farmers ＇cultural quality were discussed in this article for the purpose of analysis new forms and ways on improving the cultural quality of farmers from the perspective of agricultural technology extension.
