摘要
目的探讨并评价二氯乙烷中毒性脑病综合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2006年2月—2011年2月在广东省职业病防治院收治的64例1,2—二氯乙烷中毒性脑病患者,随机平均分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方法,研究组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗、后期指导功能锻炼的综合性治疗方法,观察并随访记录两组患者治疗效果的有效率以及功能恢复情况。结果观察随访2个月,研究组的有效率为100.00%,明显优于对照组的62.50%(P<0.01)。结论综合性治疗方法在治疗二氯乙烷中毒性脑病方面有其独特的优势,疗效确切,值得临床推广。
[ Objective ] To study comprehensive treatment effect of dichloroethane induced toxic encephalopathy. [ Methods ] A total of 64 cases of 1,2-dichloroethane induced toxic encephalopathy in Guangdong Province Hospital for Occupational Disease Prevention from February 2006-February 2011 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into study group and control group. Control group received conventional treatment, while study group received comprehensive treatment, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, later functional exercise plus conventional treatment. The treatment efficient and functional recovery were observed and recorded. [ Results] After 2-week-follow-up, the effective rate was 100.00% in study group which was obviously superior to 62.50% in con- trol group（P 〈 0.01）. [ Conclusion] Comprehensive treatment has its unique advantage in treating dichloroethane induced toxic encephalopathy, with determined curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
