摘要
目的了解四川省某高校大学生病毒性肝炎相关知识、态度和行为(KAP),为制定有效的肝炎防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取四川省某高校一、二年级1 865名在校大学生作为调查对象,其中,男生1 226人,女生639人。采用问卷调查的方式进行肝炎KAP及信息获取情况的调查。结果在校大学生对肝炎主要传播途径的知晓率除容易感染乙型肝炎(乙肝)的人群和如何预防丙型肝炎(丙肝)(分别为14.1%和28.5%)外,对其他传播途径的知晓率较低(2.0%～31.1%),对其他相关知识的知晓率相对较高(43.4%～85.8%);得知身边的同学是乙肝病毒携带者,有13.4%的大学生认为不会影响交往,有36.5%的大学生认为不介意和乙肝病毒携带者共同进餐;只有64.5%的大学生接种过乙肝疫苗。结论在校大学生对肝炎主要传染途径知晓率较低,对其他肝炎相关知识知晓率相对较高,但对乙肝病毒携带者的排斥心理较强;大学生乙肝疫苗接种率不高。
[Objective]To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） related to virus hepatitis among students in a higher vocational college in Sichuan,provide the scientific basis for developing the effective strategies and measures against hepatitis.[Methods]By using random cluster sampling,1 865 college students were selected from Grade 1 and Grade 2 of a higher vocational college in Sichuan,which included 1226 male students and 639 female students.KAP related to virus hepatitis and information gaining form were investigated by questionnaire.[Results]The awareness rates about main transmission way of hepatitis were low（2.0%-31.1%）,except the high risk population of hepatitis B and how to prevent hepatitis C（14.1% and 28.5%）,and the awareness rates about other hepatitis knowledge were relatively high（43.4%-85.8%）.Referring for the HBV infection of classmate,only 13.4% of the students believed that it would not affect the contact with the infected and only 36.5% considered that they did not mind eating together with HBV carrier.64.5% of the students were immunized with HBV vaccine.[Conclusion]The awareness rates about main transmission way of hepatitis are low among college students,and their awareness rates about other hepatitis knowledge are relatively high.College students have serious discrimination against HBV carrier.The immunization coverage rate of HBV vaccine is not high among the college students.
