摘要
目的分析宿迁市沭阳县2011年病毒性肝炎的流行病学特征,为制定病毒性肝炎预防与控制策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2011年沭阳县病毒性肝炎疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 2011年沭阳县共报告病毒性肝炎1 034例,发病率为67.23/10万。与2010年相比上升55.51%,以乙型肝炎(乙肝)发病数最高,占病毒性肝炎的61.90%;发病年龄主要集中在20～50岁组青壮年;男性发病多于女性,男女性别比为2.95∶1;发病数占前3位的职业是农民、学生、民工;全年各月均有发病,无明显的季节性。结论目前,病毒性肝炎仍然是严重影响沭阳县人民群众身体健康的重要疾病之一,乙肝发病率高于其他型,提示重点加强乙肝的预防与控制,同时应加强重点人群的监测和免疫工作,提高人群的免疫水平。大力宣传预防病毒性肝炎的有关知识,让广大群众认识到搞好预防的重要性,保护群众的身体健康。
[ Objective] To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis in Shuyang County in 2011, provide a scien- tific basis for developing the prevention and control strategies of viral hepatitis. [ Methods ] The epidemic data of viral hepatitis in Shuyang County in 2011 were statistically analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method. [ Results] 1034 cases of viral hepatitis were reported in Shuyang County in 2011, and the incidence rate was 67.23/1akh, which increased by 55.51% as compared with 2010. The incidence rate of hepatitis B was the highest, which accounted for 61.90%. Most of cases were young adults aged 20-50 years old. The incidence rate in males was higher than that in females, and the male-to-female ratio was 2.95： 1. The top three occupa- tions with highest incidence rate were farmers, students and migrant workers. The cases were reported in every month, and there was no obvious seasonality. [ Conclusion] At present, viral hepatitis is still one of the important diseases which affect people~ health seriously in Shuyang County. The incidence rate of hepatitis B is higher than that of other type, which indicates it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of hepatitis B. At the same time, it is essential to strengthen the monitoring and hepatitis B vaccine immunization among high-risk population, improve the immune level, enhance the public education of prevention and treat- ment knowledge about hepatitis B, and popularize the importance of prevention, to ensure the public health.
