摘要
目前民办高校正处于由规模扩张向内涵发展的转型时期,制约民办高校质量提升的一个重要影响因素是教师流失率过高。民办高校以人为本的软环境建设在稳定教师队伍的过程中起到重要作用。探索民办高校教师流失与内部环境之间的相关性,找出导致教师高离职的关键因素,有益于民办高校采取相关措施,降低教师的流失率。
Private colleges are at transition period by scale expansion to connotation development,and an important influencing factor of restricting private colleges to improve the quality is the high teacher turnover rate.Research shows that soft environment construction based human-orientation plays an important role in stabilizing the teachers.This paper tries to explore the correlation between teachers' turnover and internal soft environment in the hope of finding out the causes of the high turnover rate,and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce teacher turnover rate.
