摘要
目的 :考察四倍体菘蓝 Isatisindigotica Fort.根的有机酸类化学成分。方法 :应用硅胶柱层析对氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取部分中化学成分进行分离纯化 ,应用理化常数测定和光谱分析技术鉴定结构。 结果 :分离得到 6种有机酸 ,分别鉴定为 :吡啶3-羧酸 ( ) ,顺丁烯二酸 ( ) ,2 -羟基 - 1,4-苯二甲酸 ( ) ,苯甲酸 ( ) ,水杨酸 ( ) ,丁香酸 ( )。结论 :化合物 , , 为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate organic acid constituents of tetraploidy Banlangen ( Isatis indigotica Fort.). Methods: Compounds were separated by chromatography on silica gel. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and physico chemical properties. Results: Six organic acids were isolated. Their structures were identified as 3 pyridinecarboxylic acid (Ⅰ),maleic acid(Ⅱ), 2 hydroxy 1,4 benzenedicarboxylic acid (Ⅲ), benzoic acid (Ⅳ), salicylic acid (Ⅴ) and syringic acid (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ are isolated from Banlangen for the first time.
