摘要
目的探讨ARHI(aplysia ras homolog I)蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测62例胰腺癌组织及30例胰腺癌旁黏膜组织中ARHI蛋白的表达,分析ARHI蛋白表达与临床病理因素两者之间的关系。结果胰腺癌组织中ARHI蛋白表达明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.01);临床Ⅰ～Ⅱ期胰腺癌组织中ARHI蛋白表达水平高于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期(P<0.05);高、中分化胰腺癌组织中ARHI蛋白表达高于低分化胰腺癌(P<0.05);伴有淋巴结转移胰腺癌患者ARHI蛋白表达水平低于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05)。结论 ARHI蛋白在胰腺癌组织中表达降低,ARHI蛋白可能在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of aplysia ras homolog Ⅰ （ARHI） protein and its clinical significance in pancreatic cancer. Methods The expression of ARHI protein were detected in 62 cases of pancreatic cancer samples and 30 cases of normal pancreatic tissues by immunohistochemistry methods. Then the relationship between the expression of ARHI protein in pancreatic cancer and clinical pathological factors was analyzed. Results The expression of ARHI protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was lower than that of normal pancreatic tissues （ P 〈 0.01 ） The level of ARHI protein was also lower in pancreatic cancer with lymph node metastasis than that in tissues without metastasis （P 〈 0, 05 ）. The expression of ARHI protein in clinical stage of Ⅰand Ⅱ, well and moderate differentiation was higher than that of Ⅲ and Ⅳstage or lower differentiation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of ARHI protein is decreased in pancreatic cancer and it maybe play an important role in the tumorigenesis and development.
