摘要
目的 明确 DNA含量测定是否可作为肾上腺肿瘤良、恶性诊断的指标之一。方法 采用 FCM技术对13例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤 ,7例肾上腺皮质肿瘤 ,肾上腺转移瘤和肉眼正常肾上腺组织各 5例新鲜标本进行了 DNA含量测定。结果 病理为肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤及其瘤旁肾上腺标本 DNA含量多为非整倍体 (12 /13) ,但术后无 1例复发和转移 ,而 6例病理为皮质腺瘤标本 2例 DNA含量为非整倍体 ,其中 1例术后出现肝转移而确诊为恶性 ,1例为二倍体的皮质腺癌患者术后长期无瘤生存。结论 测定瘤细胞 DNA含量对鉴别肾上腺皮质肿瘤的良、恶性有参考价值 ,而对肾上腺髓质肿瘤的良、恶性鉴别意义不大。
Objective To determine the diagnostic value of detecting nuclear DNA content by flow cytometry in adrenal tumor.Methods DNA ploidy was investigated in fresh samples from 13 cases of pheochromocytomas,7 adrenocortical tumors,5 secondary adrenal carcinoma and 5 normal adrenal tissue.Results The results showed that samples from 12 pheochromocytomas and normal adrenal glands adjunct to pheochromocytomas were aneuploid.Among 6 adrnocortical adenomas,2 cases were aneuploid,one of which died from liver metastasis,while 1 case carcinoma was diploid,who was alive without evidence of disease.Conclusion The assessment of ploidy level by flow cytometry is useful in the diagnosis of adrenocortical neoplasms,but as for pheochromocytoma,it is less useful.
