摘要
电化学破乳是一项重要的原油脱水技术。目前对高频脉冲电场作用下分散相液滴行为的了解十分有限。结合数字图像处理技术,通过试验研究高频脉冲电破乳机理。结果表明:在高频脉冲电场作用下,分散相液滴存在变形、破裂、碰撞、聚合、分离等行为,其表观特征与高压直流电场作用下液滴行为相似;电源脉冲频率及电场强度对液滴行为有着显著的影响;相对于高压直流电场,高频脉冲电场破乳技术具有显著优势。
The dispersed emulsion droplet behavior in high-frequency electric field is of great im- portance to demulsification technique and many industry applications. The study of the droplet be havior in high-frequency electric field is less for now. Aiming at providing fundamental insights into this field,a systematic investigation is presented by a digital visual system. Experimental re sults showed that droplet deformation, breaking up, collision, coalescence occurs in high-frequency electric field. Compared with droplets behaviors in high voltage direct current electric field, it was found that electric field frequency had a significant influence for the operating conditions under a nalysis. It also indicates that demulsification technique with high-frequency electric field may have considerable advantage compare with using high voltage direct current electric field.
