摘要
目的:针对Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪的大体性能进行分析评价。方法:以两种定值质控血液、正常人血液以及随机20份患者血液等,分别进行测定,统计分析。结果:定值全血各项结果 s值在0.025～0.71之间;批内、批间精密度和总重复性CV值均小于3.0%;携带污染率小于1.0%;BWC分类同手工比较具有相关性,r值在0.5739～0.8680之间;对异常形态细胞的筛查,特畀性为95%。结论:SysmexXE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪是一种较全面的血细胞分析仪,特别适合在医院门诊检验中普及推广。
Objective To evaluate primarily SYSMEXXE- 2100Hematology Analyzer. Method Two kinds of control blood,fresh normal blood and blood of 20 cases of patients were analyzed separately,The data were statistically analyzed.results The standard deviation to each data of valued blood Was between 0.025 and 0.71.The coefficient of variation of the precisions within each batch and which among bachs were lower than 3.O%.The sanle with the total repetitions of all bachs.Carryover Contaminated rates were lower than 1.0%. Results WBC classfication were related to which analysed by manual method.The data of rwere beween 0.5739 and 0.8680.The specificity of screen to abnormal morphology ceUs was 95%. Conclusion Sysmex XE-2100 HematologyAnalyzer is very suit for applying inoutpatient department of clinical laboratory.
