摘要
介绍5例肾移植术后合并药物性牙龈增生患者进行牙龈切除手术的治疗体会。患者均康复出院;1例患者术后2年因移植肾功能衰竭进行二次肾移植手术。但患者在口腔科住院期间治疗及护理到位,未出现伤口感染等表现。提示术后早期口腔护理,重视患者的心理进行针对性系统治疗是其要点。
Presentation of 5 cases after kidney transplantation complicated with drug-induced gingival hyperplasia in patients with gingival resection operation treatment.Patients were all recovered; only one patient after 2 years due to kidney failure in second kidney transplant operation. However,patients in the Department of Stomatology during inpatient treatment no wound infection. Presenting early oral care, attention to patients psychological is the key.
