Nutritional support for children with chronic liver disease

摘要 随着中国经济的高速发展,自然科学和医学也发生了迅速的变化,近年来对患病儿童进行营养支持的观念越来越受到人们的关注。在过去的几十年间,营养支持作为一门新兴学科在西方国家得到了长足的发展,不同病理状态下的代谢研究增进了我们对这些疾病基础病理生理学的理解,也帮助我们对这些患者进行营养支持。肝脏是机体的主要生化工厂,慢性肝病导致的营养问题在疾病的治疗过程中起着非常重要的作用。在这篇综述中我们将主要探讨不同临床状况下的各种营养支持措施。
