大脑丘脑脑干弥漫性病变
Diffuse lesions in cerebrum,thalamus and brain stem

病历摘要
患者女性，38岁。主因多笑2月余，言语不清、饮水呛咳1月余，行走不稳4d，于2012年4月17日人当地医院就诊。患者于入院前2月余无明显诱因出现不能控制的发笑，未就诊；入院前1月余出现言语不清、左侧口角流涎、吞咽困难、饮水呛咳。且双侧下肢沉重。
